YBBP-80~355隔爆型变频调速三相异步电动机是我公司在YB3系列电动机的基础上结合当前国内外电磁结构、工艺、材料等方面的新技 术而开发研制成功的新产品，具有调速性能好、节能、温升裕度大、寿命长、性能好、噪音低、隔爆结构先进、可靠性高、使用维护方便等优 点，可与国内外各类变频装置配套使用，有助于节能和实现自动控制。其额定功率，额定转速及安装尺寸与YB2系列电动机相同。
本系列电动机符合GB755-2008《旋转电机定额和性能》行业标准JB/T11201.1-2011《YBBP系列隔爆型变频调速三相异步电动机技术 条件(机座号H63~355)》。其防爆性能符合GB3836.1-2000《爆炸性气体环境用电气设备第1部分：通用要求》和GB3836.2-2000《爆炸 性气体环境用电气设备第2部分：隔爆型“d”》的规定，分别制成隔爆型ExdIIAT4Gb、ExdIIBT4 Gb,适用于煤矿井下(非采掘工作面)及工 厂IIA、IIB环境温度组别T1-T4组的爆炸性气体环境的危险场所。
本系列电动机的外壳防护等级为IP54或IP55,冷却方式为IC416。
本系列电动机还可制成湿热带型、干热带型、户外型和户外防中等腐蚀型以及户外湿热类型。
YBBP series of flameproof frequency controlled three-phase induction motors type of H80-500 are latest products developed by our company combining with home and abroad electromagmetic structure, technique and material etc based on YB3 of motors . This series of motors have many merits such as good speed - regulation performa nce,energy conservation,big margin of temperature rise,long service life,excellent performance,low noise,advanced explosion proofseries motors are all the same with YB2 series of motors.
This series of motors meet GB 755-2008“ Rotating electri cal machines-rating and performance”trade standards of JB/T11201.1-2011”technical specification of flameproof th ree-phase induction motor, Part l: technical specification of YB3 series of flameproof three-phase induction motor (Frame Number :H80~355)” . Their flameproof performance shoule meet GB 3836.1-2000” Elcctrical apparatus for esplosive gas atm ospheres,Part1: General requirements ” and GB 3836.2-2000” Electrical apparatus for explosive gas atmospheres , Part 2: Flameproof `d” . The flameproof types of t his series of motors are ExdlIAT 4 Gb and ExdlIBT 4 Gb . This series of motors are suit able for the non-mining working area in underground mine or the dangerous locations in factories where there arc the explosive gas of class IIA and IIB and temperature of class T1~T4.
Shell protection degree of this series of motors is IP54 or lP55, the cooling system is IC416.
This series of motors have the following types : humid tropics type , dry tropics type , dry tropics type , outdoor ty pe, outdoor medium-anticorrosion type and outdoor humid type.

Range of frequency modulation: the range of frequency modulation for two poles is 3~60Hz.The range of frequency modulation for more than four poles is 3-100Hz.The constant-torque speed regulation is used during 3~50Hz and the constant-power speed regulation is used during 50~100Hz. Note: The special requirements of tated ferquency,rated voltage and range of frequency modulation should be presented at the time of ordering goods.
YBBP系列隔爆型变频调速三相异步电动机采用计算机辅助设计，使电动机能适应SPWM及PWM变频电源供电的状况，在设计上对定子、 转子槽型和定子绕组分布形式作了特殊考虑，以获得一个较为合适的电感值，来抑制和减少谐波所产生的不良影响。
电动机的电磁负荷设计考虑了一定的裕度，既能保证电动机在高频时的过载能力又能在低频运行时保持恒转矩输出。此外，电动机绝缘系统 采用了国际上广为使用的F级绝缘系统，绝缘可靠、性能优良。在结构设计方面，其安装尺寸与YB3系列电动机相同，便于用户配套使用。
电动机采用单独的轴流风机强迫通风，确保电机在不同转速运行时具有良好的冷却效果。
The computer-aided design is introduced to YBBP series of flameproof frequency controlled three-phase Induction motors so this series of motors can be supplied with SPWM and PWM variable frequency power supply. There are some special considerations about the designs of the stator, the flute profile of the totors and the distributing forms of the stator windings, therefore a more appropriate inductance value can be gotten. The bad effects produced from harmonic wave can be restrained and reduced. Certain margin is considered when the clectromagnetic load of the motor is designed. The overload capacity an the time of high-frequency and the constant torque output keeping at the time of low-frequency are guaranteed. Moreover, the insulation systems of this series of motors are insulation class F widely used n the world so reliable insulation and excellent performance. About the structure design, the instakkation dimensions of this series of motors are same with the YB3 series of motors`to convenient to matching use. This series of motors are fitted with fans to cool. The motors with larger frame size can be fitted with the independent fans to cool from the axial dircetion,and then the outline dimension L should be increased.This should arrive to an agreement at the time of ordering goods.
